Pilates Space

Pilates Space is Ottawa’s premier Fletcher Pilates® movement studio and Teacher Training Educational Centre.  They pride themselves in offering a positive, professional and caring environment.  They teach Fletcher Pilates® – the Ron Fletcher lineage of the Pilates method.  Regardless of age, body type or fitness level, their team of qualified teachers is dedicated to help you attain your best level of physical wellness. No experience? Join their exclusive 8-week Intro group session specific for new participants.

Mon to Sat 6:30am to 9pm
Office Hours:
Mon 10am to 2pm & 3pm to 8:30pm
Tues 10am to 2pm & 3pm to 7:30pm
Wed 10am to 2pm & 3pm to 7:30pm
Thurs 10am to 2pm & 3pm to 8:30pm
Fri 10am to 2pm
Sat 9:15am to 3:15pm
Street Parking anywhere on MacLaren Street is easiest.   Just west of Pilates Space there’s a pay parking lot if needed.

If you’re new to Pilates Space but have previous experience at another Pilates studio or with a qualified instructor, contact us so we can determine the best way to get you started. We might recommend a Private class, the 8-week group Intro or see if group classes are suitable for you. We’d love to hear from you!
The ideal way to start Pilates, incorporates specialized Pilates equipment and caters to your individual needs. Best to start with 5 or 10 Privates and then continue with Privates or add Group classes to your training too. Contact us so we can get you started! Interested in joining with a friend or partner? Make it a duet instead!
No experience? (8-week Intro)! Learn the Fletcher Fundamentals™, Towelwork®, Matwork, Magic Circle, and a functional stretching component. Flexible schedule – not restricted to the same class each week. Choose to repeat the Intro or progress to a variety of classes to suit your schedule. Not recommended if pregnant or recently injured.
